I’ve had this seed packet for over a year, a particularly lovely favour from a conference.

Day 1: Planted

Seeds snuggly safe in the soil.

Day 5: Sprouting

Green movement! Already!

Day 10: Cornucopia

I went away for the weekend, and came back to riotous greenery! Check it out! How beautiful.

Day 12: Profligate Abundance

Check out that really long blade to the right. 12 days! That’s crazy.

Day 13: Grass

This was the first day that my enthusiasm dimmed a little; it’s all very beautiful, but have I just grown grass?

Journey to be continued. I know I’m on the edge of my seat.

  • Hi Jen – This is Susan, your mom’s old friend! Liking your posts a lot – and this one was definitely serenity-inducing. Beautiful fresh green colors, and I AM looking forward to the next spurts. But……wildflowers in a pot? Just sayin……..:)
